hotel Guide

Facilities

  • 16 suites, ranging from 30 to 90m2, some of which have their own plunge pool.
  • Two swimming pools are just a short stroll away from each suite.

Wine & Dine

  • Toile Blanche is also a renowned restaurant. The creative and refined dishes on the menu are creations of the brothers, who have also built up a solid reputation in the kitchen. La Guinguette, the summer bar focusing more on tapas and sharing plates, is a second eatery on the domain, where a laid-back atmosphere predominates.

What's the Story

  • The Leroy Brothers are three Belgian contemporary artists who have settled in Saint-Paul de Vence. Their artistic journey is fascinating, with exhibitions in many European cities and a strong presence in countries such as China and Russia. However, when they moved to the French Riviera in 2004, they embarked on a new adventure by creating Toile Blanche, a B&B with three rooms and a small restaurant. Over time, Toile Blanche has evolved into much more. Leroy Brothers and their family have used their talent and passion for art to transform their establishment into a truly unique place. After years of preparatory work, the brothers proudly present their new Toile Blanche. Next to the hotel, the Leroy Brothers continue to devote themselves to their artistic career, with regular exhibitions. However, hotel guests have the opportunity to visit the studio on-site.

Art

  • You'll discover stacked artwork throughout the entire hotel. Leroy Brothers (the owners) is an artist collective consisting of the three brothers Nicolas, Gilles and Gregory Leroy. In 1997, the brothers decided to unite their talents, forming one unique artistic expression rooted in Post-Internet Art. The trio creates their artworks using mainly digital techniques to create modern pieces, reflecting the new and connected world in which we live today. In 2010, the trio was chosen to participate in the Shanghai World Expo at "Jing'an Sculpture Park". They made an exhibition at the MMOMA in Moscow in 2013, and were part of the New Digital Art Biennale, known as "The Wrong” in 2015. Their latest solo exhibition "Segmented Realities” in Brussels in 2021 garnered widespread acclaim, tapping into the concept and unicity and valuation of art through NFTs.
